FACILITIES Fitness Center – The DeBary/Orange City Family YMCA fitness center is open to members ages 16 and over (except for the Teenage Strength Program graduates). The Fitness Center includes new Star Trac and Hammer Strength equipment, fully equipped free weight room, and cardiovascular equipment featuring Star Track Treadmills, Stairmaster Steppers, Precor Elliptical Machines, bicycles, rowing machines, etc. • Members’ lounge area with newspaper, and coffee • Spacious locker rooms with showers • Aerobic/multipurpose room • Reebok step platforms • Cardio-theater • Free “unlimited” aerobic classes • Sports drinks and protein bars available • Child watch (90 minute limit) |
