YMCA KIDS CLUB

AFTER SCHOOL CARE:
The DeBary/Orange City Family YMCa offers an After School program that strives to teach each child
how to develop the skills they will use throughout their lives….

    • Responsibility for themselves and their actions
    • A Strong self-esteem
    • A caring attitude toward others and their environment
    • A commitment to learning.

The program runs from when school is dismissed until 6:30pm Monday-Friday. The children are organized into groups according to their grade level. The
children will have homework and reading time and then participate in a variety of activities such as: Games, Arts and Crafts, Sports, Character
Development and much, much, more. All activities are age appropriate and filled with many aspects of life’s lessons.  We also provide each child with an
afternoon snack that incorporates two food groups.

Our After School Location:
  • Deltona Christian Church- The bus picks up from Discovery Elementary, Spirit Elementary, Forest Lake Elementary,  Enterprise Elementary,
    DeBary Elementary and Manatee Cove Elementary.

    Fee: Please allow 48 hours for registration
    After School Care- Members: $43.00 Guests: $53.00
    Supply Fee: $30.00(one time fee)

Siblings that are enrolled in our program receive a $5.00 discount per week.

Financial assistance is also available for those who qualify.

KIDS CLUB FUN DAYS
Any time that schools are closed we will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.. These days are charged separately. Kids Club members will have first
priority. To register for these days you must sign up at the site one- week prior to attending. All of the Fundays will be held at the Deltona Christian
Church location. During the Fundays we will have special events including field trips an obstacle coarse or water days (weather permitting). We will also
have arts and crafts, games and more. You must supply a lunch and snack for these days.

Fees for these days are as follows:
    • Members: $17.00; Guests: $22.00
    ***Information will be available at the KIDS CLUB site.

PARENT’S NIGHT OUT
This is a program that runs one Friday out of every month and is from 6:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. This is a program for parents that need to get those extra
things done or just need some personal time. The children will come and enjoy dinner, activities, games, and much more while mom and dad get that
much need time away.

Fees: Members: $12.00 Guests: $17.00

SPRING BREAK CAMP (MARCH 31-APRIL 4, 2008)  Registration deadline March 31.  Members $75.  Non-members $85
This is during the weeks that the children are out of school for Spring break.  The program will run from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  
There will be many trips and activities for your children to participate in during these days.  We encourage parents to sign up early because space is
limited.  

SUMMER CAMP (JUNE 9-AUGUST 15, 2008) Registration begins April 14.  Members $75.  Non-members $85
This is a fun filled camp that offers many different activities and trips for children from 4-12 years old.  The program will run from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.  We encourage parents to sign up early because space is limited.
